During their early discoveries into subtle energetics, Slim Spurling and Bill Reid experimented with wire wrapped around a rod in the style of the Caduceus of Hermes Trismegistus, and found that a beam of "light" shot out of it in the direction it was pointing.
This design is inspired by this discovery with the idea that it be used to help accumulate chi/qi when practicing Reiki or any other energy practice. An Empowerment Cubit tensor ring is soldered to the two nodes of the coiled wire. The brass rod with an added accumulation ball can also be removed from the coiling.
